my dads side of the family had a big misunderstanding with him. i invitied him to my grandmothers house and my uncle " saw" him touch me inappropriately… he was tickeling me… so yea he tried to avoide me for a month after that day happened and then i call him and he just breaks up with me because he said when all of that happened and that they didnt believe him when he said he didnt touch me that it changed his mind about me and that he couldnt look at me the same way anymore. its been 3 months after the break up. we are best friends and i just want to be with him again.

How do I take the woman my ex-husband lives with to Court to claim back my personal possessions in her home? She refuses to return them to me.
When you were divorced, it should have been specific in the papers somewhere which posessions were yours and which were his. This is something that the court says you have to agree on before awarding the divorce…do you remember? Did you leave those things? If yes, then they are no longer yours. Not sure what happens if you forgot about the stuff and didn’t record it is the divorce decree.

Make sure your hard drive is free from errors by running disk utility
From there make sure you have no S.M.A.R.T Failures. If disk utility does not repair the errors, try the following program – SMART Utility
